I aim to provide a unique and intimate dining experience for guests which focuses on every detail to make sure that you have a memorable evening, with beautiful table arrangements and delicious cuisine that, if you want, is perfectly matched, course to course with wine and stories of its origin. I am also passionate & knowledgeable about French cheese, and can present different cheeses each night, giving you details & annecodates about their production, history - which is not as cheesy as it sounds!
